Working in the connective tissues can have a dramatic effect on people because our attitudes are embedded within the shapes and skins of our bodies. The way a person walks across the room is the way they walk through life. Life events are stored in our bodily tissues as if our bodies were novels written moment to moment by experience. Private Yoga sessions are tailored specifically to your body and to your eperience level. Private yoga sessions can be extremely complimentary in maintaining the structural changes aquired from Rolfing.
I maintain a daily yoga practice to support my own embodiment and mindfulness practice. My personal practice informs me how I can help others live pain free in their body.
